HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY GOODS ARE ON THE WAY?
As soon as your goods are dispatched you will receive an email confirming this to you, which will also confirm the expected delivery date.
I’M NOT SURE IF I WILL BE IN WHEN MY GOODS ARE DELIVERED, WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
All of our goods are sent via courier for your protection and to guarantee delivery. If you are not at the specified delivery address at the 1st attempt, a calling card will be left allowing you to choose re-delivery when convenient or to collect in person from a local depot.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELIVER TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS?
At the time of placing your order, it is possible to specify the delivery address which is clearly explained during the process.

There is a huge selection of trophies available. We carry the most popular ones in stock in our specialist engravers in Stony Stratford. If you require products which we have to order in from our suppliers we can arrange for them to send directly to you or you collect from our two branches in the local area. Ordered products not in stock can be delivered and engraved within 3 – 5 working days dependent on the wording or logos you may require.
